The team from Your Plan Manager are brilliant. I had trouble understanding parts of my sons funding usage, i emailed them asking what a few things meant, a few hours later i got a phone call, plus an email of the budget while on the phone, and the lady who rang me went through the email with me, explaining the parts of the funding i didnt understand.
Your Plan Manager are an exceptional organisation, they have made my journey into the NDIS world a lot easier..
My invoices get paid promptly, and have never been late.
I would highly recommend Your Plan Manager, my sister has now signed with them too.
