My 14-month-old daughter has had a wonderful experience at this day care. She settled in quickly and enjoys her days, thanks to the caring staff, especially Ellisa, Samanthi, and a few others. Their warmth and attention make her feel safe and happy. The day care is clean, well-organized, and has lots of fun and educational activities that keep her engaged.

I highly recommend this day care to any parent. The staff is friendly and keeps us updated with regular reports and photos. It's a great place where my daughter feels loved and learns new things every day.

I'm deeply disappointed with our experience at Young Academics, Alex Ave schofields center. We've encountered numerous issues that raise serious concerns about their professionalism and commitment to child safety. Firstly, they consistently provide inaccurate information on the daily activity sheet, such as logging nappy changes at absurd times like 1:39 AM, despite our complaints, these mistakes persisted. We have photographic evidence to support our claims, yet they fail to address the issue adequately.

Furthermore, despite being informed about mosquito activity during outdoor play, they continue to expose the children to this risk, regardless of weather conditions. Whether it's cold or hot, they insist on outdoor activities, showing a blatant disregard for the well-being of the children.

Due to these safety concerns and the lack of responsiveness from the staff, we made the difficult decision to withdraw our son from alex avenue, young academic Childcare after just one week.

Enrolling my little one at Young Academics, Alex Ave has been one of the best decisions. The staff is very kind, supportive and approachable. They love the kids and are very friendly with them as well as with parents. They have gone above and beyond my expectations in every aspects.All in all very happy with my decision.

Children learn everyday new things, offer long day care. Children develop social skills in a caring environment. Staff are attentive and supportive to the children. I highly recommend for the age 0 to 6 years.

I can't recommend YA schofields, Alex Ave highly enough for anyone looking for an early learning centre for their child. It became a home away from home for my two kids due to the caring and vibrate nature of the educators in every room. The growth I have seen in my two kids (both socially and academically) has been nothing short of amazing. Thankyou YA Schofields staff and keep up the great work!

Cannot recommend this quality childcare centre enough. After starting my first born the year it opened to now my 3rd baby has almost finished her first year in the babies room I have already recommended to friends and we’re lucky enough to get a spot and 100% agree. The educators are the best of the best ! The genuine and outstanding communication, care and passion they have is priceless when talking about care for your babies!!! They are like family and cannot thank them enough 🙂
