Very disappointing and discouraging experience.
Even after a year my 2 year son is not happier and always wants to run away. I have experienced multiple incidents so I don’t recommend it. I insist parents not to look at just infrastructure but the good educators and carer is very important.

I am thrilled to share my experience regarding Ashley's time at Young academics early learning center kellyville . Ashley is currently in the Tiny Toddler's room, and I must say, she has settled in exceptionally well, exceeding all of my expectations. I am incredibly grateful to the team, and especially all the tiny toddlers’s staff, for their dedication and hard work. Every educator has demonstrated a high level of commitment and responsibility, ensuring that my child is happy every day.

I truly appreciate how the team consistently communicates with me about my child's progress and well-being. I cannot thank and appreciate enough this team for looking after my little one so well. Being a first time parent we were a little reluctant on sending our daughter to a daycare but from the very first week, my daughter loved it there.Both the nursery team and tiny toddler team have great staff and program. Highly highly recommend this place

We transferred our son to young academics in February after we were unhappy with his previous centre. Honestly, it was the best decision we ever made. Within a week he settled in and was very comfortable with the educators and other children. The educators are lovely and provide a wonderful and nurturing environment for the kids. The educators let parents know about all the planned activities and experiences the children will have and are very open to feedback. Any issues or problems that need attention are usually dealt with immediately or solved by the end of the day. Everything you need to know is in their app, which makes it so easy for parents. The centre is clean and the outdoor area is lovely too. Meals for the children are healthy and my son always seems to have a second serve! We are very happy with this centre and I would highly recommend it to others.

My child has been attending YA Alessandra Drive since they opened this year and I have been very happy with the service they provide. The educators are so caring towards my child and the communication has been excellent. Their programs are wonderfully thought out, allowing the children to have quality learning experiences every day that they attend. Overall, I am a very happy parent and the team at YA Alessandra Drive went above and beyond to ensure my child had a positive experience while settling into daycare for the first time.

I recently enrolled my daughter into this childcare facility and I'm so glad I did! Everyday my daughter comes back with the biggest smile on her face and has never complained about other kids or carers whatsoever. I highly recommend other parents to enroll their children here, the staff are so open and lovely and they provide a safe space for our children. It's extremely convenient and I haven't encountered any hassle at all. I'll definitely be recommending this to my family and friends with children!

I cannot say enough positive things about the day care where my daughter Anaya attends. From the moment we toured the facility, we knew it was the perfect place for her. The staff is warm, welcoming and genuinely care about the children under their care. Anaya has grown so much emotionally, socially, and cognitively since starting at the day care.

The facility itself is clean, bright, and spacious. They offer a range of activities tailored to each child's interests and abilities. The meals and snacks are healthy and well balanced. We appreciate the daily updates on what Anaya does during the day via the app, which helps us feel more connected with her.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to enroll Anaya in this wonderful day care. I highly recommend it to any parent seeking a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for their child.
