We were very nervous being first time parents - but the staff have been exceptional. Particularly if our child was having a bad morning, the nursery team would always call or post updates to show us she was enjoying herself and settling in.

Her development has also excelled - she constantly comes home with new words, gestures, and interests.

Whenever we see Lisa, Nure, Molly, Emily B and Lashmika on staff, we are immediately at ease. They always show a great deal of care and expertise. Very much recommend, particularly for new parents.

I would highly recommend this childcare centre to any of my friends and family. My kids have been going here for over 3 years now and absolutely love going every morning. They're truely loved and cared for by all the ladies that work here. My kids have come such a long way in their development and always amazes me how much they've learnt.
The management team Hayley, Tamika and Nia are doing a wonderful job at running the place.
Lisa and the team in the nursery are just so wonderful and put my mind as ease every time I dropped the kids off.
Also a shoutout to Molly, Emily, Lizzie, Laura and Aylee who are always happy to give my kids lots of cuddles and love.
And thank you to Janelle who cooks the kids amazing food that they love and will eat!

I’m feeling very lucky find Young Academics. It never easy when a mum have to send her young baby to a child care, especially for my kids I have to put my little girl in the child care when she only just turned into 4 months old. Young Academics absolutely make my baby happy and grow and at the same time when I saw how she got taken care at the centre I feel every day is a blessing.

The educators and centre manager are very good at communicating and approachable. You definitely can trust them there.

They also cook for your little one with all kinds of health food and snacks. Even a birthday cake! Yes, they will bake birthday cake for your little angel to make their day very special.

I can’t say enough about how happy my husband and I as well as our other family members love Young Academics. They are absolutely the best in the area.

We moved in to the pre school 1 room at the start of the year and have been so happy with the centre. Our little man settled so quickly and it’s evident every single member of the team cares about the kids and are friendly. I really like he has a male and female educator in his current room. Communication is really good from the centre director and the kids are always doing lots of activities and there are lots of events/days to feel like it’s an interactive centre. I’m so glad the team at Glenmore Park are the ones I trust to care for our little one and help him grow.

My 2.5 yr old daughter started 2 days at the beginning of the year and I had to increase her to 3 days as she loved it so much! Her development areas such as speech, motor skills and imagination have grown dramatically due to the programs and activities provided. All of the educators show a genuine interest in the social, emotional and mental development of the children. I have had occasions where I have required additional casual days and nothing was too hard for the management team who went above and beyond. Oh and not to mention the meals,it always smells so good! Would definitely recommend this centre

Educators are all so friendly and great with the kids. Great improvements since Demi became in charge and the staffing was more consistent. Communication with parents via the app is great. Can see that my daughter is learning a lot as she frequently comes home singing new songs and interests

My child has attended the YA service for going on three years now and we couldn’t be happier. The educators across the centre know his name, he is welcomed everyday, and he has the best time learning, playing, and creating! Food is provided which is wonderful not only because it saves us a lot of time but also because there is so much variety and lots of healthy options everyday. So grateful that YA is part of our village.

I have noticed such an improvement with this centre since the new manager Demi has come in.

There has been better communication between the centre and parents.
There is now an area at the front of the centre designated for updates and feedback for parents to take part in and the owna app system is great too.

My kids enjoy coming to this centre each day and it’s also great to see the same staff each day too, which means a lot to the families with consistency and stability for our kids.

The outside play area is all new and freshly updated which is amazing for the kids to enjoy too!

The educators are all lovely here too and I would highly recommend.
