YA Bossley Park is an amazing centre. My son has been attending for nearly a year and loves it there. The management and staff there have been very supportive and are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my sons needs are met. There is always different activities for the children every day. There is always events planned that the families can get involved in. It is all over just a wonderful place and I can't fault them.

Recently I was in hospital and the staff made life so much easier for us, my nerves were setted knowing my kids were taken care off during the day....

I LOVE this centre and have nothing negative to say about it. As a first time parent putting their child in care, I was beyond anxious but was almost immediately put at ease by the presentation of the centre and staff. The centre was clean, and organised. Every staff member I have come into contact with has been kind, professional, friendly and compassionate. My little one loves going to school and he loves his educators so much. Nothing puts my heart more at comfort than knowing my little one is safe and happy.

Initially YA Bossley Park showed promise, but its quality deteriorated over time. Notifications about child injuries were either nonexistent or delayed, and the inadequate staff-to-child ratio became apparent. The center struggled with staff shortages, particularly in managing children with behavioral issues, resulting in a lack of attention for those without such challenges. It transformed into more of a babysitting service than a facility focused on providing quality early education, with no individualised educational programs offered each term.

Special event dates were only communicated with a two-week notice, posing challenges for working parents without a comprehensive events program. Some decisions seemed poorly thought out, and when entering the room to drop off your child, it felt like an unwelcome task for staff.

Management appeared to be part of the overarching issues and staff turnover was high which is generally an indication of an unpleasant workplace and also unsettling for children. Without changes in management and the employment of more experienced individuals to oversee educational programs and provide a friendly and welcoming environment, I would not recommend this service to parents seeking proper school readiness for their children. Out of the 4 Childcare Centers that I have used for my children never have I had the experience I have experienced with YA Bossley Park nor compelled to write a review such as this.

Love Love Love!! - The team at YA Bossley Park care for my baby like she's their very own and make her feel confident and special every time she visits. The center is clean and the staff are all just so lovely. As parents we are always hesitant to leave our babies behind but I've seen my child on many occasions run and give them big cuddles/kisses and is always asking me about them on weekends which is a true testament to the love and care they provide. Thank you!!

Great staff, terrible management. I had aired my grievances with the area manager Kelly, then decided to pull my child out of this place. It was formerly great but went downhill with the number of kids to educator ratio not being done right.

I mentioned I had not seen Claudia, the centre director for a while so did not know who else to talk to apart from the educators who are awesome, but not in charge of running the centre.

Kelly mentioned that Claudia was on leave for 3 weeks hence I did not see her. Although this does not explain the many other days I did not see her prior to these 3 weeks

When I went to pick up my child for her last day, Claudia was there in the office. So she was on leave? But came back just to confront me - which was a very unpleasant and aggressive conversation where she did not acknowledge any of her shortcomings in the mismanagement of the centre.

There was a time when my children were excited to attend this centre, and that was when Sarah was in charge. However this changed when Claudia was in charge.

So kudos to the great staff but you can only be as good as the person who manages you.

I leave this review here in hope that this centre will improve for the betterment of children who are still here.

This is the worst childcare you could put your child in. I would not recommend this child care to any parents
