It's been over a month and Xceptional haven't got back to me since asking for my resume. I was told I have a very good skillset for the many of the roles they are advertising, based on their testing. Maybe Xceptional is more into resume based hiring than they let on.

Staff at Xceptional have been very supportive and clearly understand the occupational and social struggles that people on the spectrum tend to deal with. They go out of their way to help people on the spectrum acquire work that suits their interests and/or skills, and also provide ongoing support for those who are employed to ensure minimal stress within their work environment.
