I've tried several types of martial arts and have always felt uncoordinated and uncomfortable. My 7yo daughter and I been training with Grant for over a year now and we have both already improved so much and grown so much more confident in ourselves because Grant is such a fantastic teacher. I don't feel awkward or silly, he's taught us both to be strong and know our strengths and embrace them.

He's so great with kids. My only regret is not putting my daughter in to class sooner - I feel that for girls, learning how to defend oneself is as important as swimming lessons these days unfortunately so I'm glad my daughter enjoys coming to class so much. I couldn't recommend Grant any more

He’s a very decent man and incredible teacher. He has a wealth of knowledge and superhero technique. It’s easy and fun to learn from him.

The master Grant whom runs the training is very patient with the kids. And all the children whom attend all. Adore Grant.

Grant and the team are great, I initially started my little boy in the little dragon's program with Grant and thought I'd give the free trial a go to, I was hooked after 1 session and signed straight up and have now been a member for over 2 years, the atmosphere is great, it's a real team environment with all different levels of experience taking part and learning from each other, it's much more than just learning mixed martial arts, the sessions help you build important life skills and every session is different I always come away from a session learning something new. Grant is a great master and takes the time with every student to help improve them and build their confidence within the sessions. Great people, Great Gym and would 100% recommend for men woman and children.

Training under Shifu Grant is an experience in itself - he masterfully combines traditional Kung Fu styles with a deep understanding of 'Qi', making the learning process both profound and relatable.

I also have to mention my daughter's experience in the Little Dragons class. Shifu Grant has an incredible knack for connecting with the younger age group. His patience and engagement with the 5-12 year olds is truly commendable. She absolutely loves her classes and always looks forward to the next one.

I have been training with Wu Xing Dao for about a year now, and in that time I feel like I have learned a lot! I've been mostly training in the self-defense classes for a physical fitness focus, but I have done a few classes of Qigong which are more aligned with promoting strong mental health. They are both excellent.

Grant is a wonderful teacher! The classes are small, you get lots of feedback and he is very professional and knowledgeable. I was nervous coming in with zero previous experience with martial arts, but it really has been worth it. Definitely recommend!
