Wouldn’t give any stars if I could!! Worst agency ever! Full of misleading information! Made me loose my job!!

I applied for a job on seek, got called for an interview on a Thursday after that I’ve been told i have induction the week after on Tuesday and start working Wednesday. I quiet my job that Monday. At the induction we’ve got told again to start at 7am even received work uniform. After that we all got told, by the person who did the induction that day, she will be in touch with us the same day. No one ever called me I had to chase them over days, spoke to 5 different people on the phone only to find out from the last person who finally gave me a little bit clarification they put me in a work pool with hundreds of other people. So their process is once they have a job available they send a msg out to all the people and who ever responds first get the job (first in best dressed style) and this is not even guarantied that u will get ongoing hours!! Can’t rely on this agency at all especially when u have a family with kids to look after! And no one wanted to take the blame either! Very unprofessional 👎🏽

Echoing the poor reviews from other posters. This agency is useless. Will find you work but either won't pay you or will pay you lowest possible rate. Am still waiting to be paid from work mid-December last year despite numerous calls and emails to the agency. Was also told by the payroll worker to contact the place I worked myself - the whole point of going through an agency is to have their support. Strongly advise people to avoid this agency if you are able to do so.

Go to this agency if it's the last agency left in Australia. Horrible agency and they have terrible clients. Both agency and their clients are looking for slaves not employees... I would recommend wait and do little more research and go to agencies which have good reviews.
they got worst reviews for a reason... Save yourself from humiliation.....

Extremely misleading and unprofessional, everything you read here is completely true. Full of misleading incompetent people, do not accept a job with these people unless your happy to waste your time and are happy to sell yourself short for modern day salvery

Worked for them at a site for over a month, then at 10:30 pm at night I was told no longer needed ,called the office to find out what had happened, no one could tell me, just been left to ponder why, they said there was another position somewere, but failed to call me. Good on ya Barry, thanks for the push ups.

Terrible. Made me go through a long process of applying and an interview for absolutely no reason. The guy gave me papers with all the information about the job like as if I was going to get the job but never got back to me! Very unprofessional!

2 hour induction I wasn't paid for!
Online training I wasn't paid for!
In addition the inductee arrived almost 30 minutes late.
How can you run a business without knowing the law?
I'd be surprised if you haven't been taken to court with a class action.
