Went here on the 26/08/24 with my little sister we were in wow of how neat and tidy this store was was one of the best looking Woolworths we had seen, till we got the the self serve we got our items and got two bags one bag didn’t scan so I put it as my own bag and then double scan the other bag the girl on self serve said that I didn’t scan the bag we are and then she stood behind us making us rush our scanning process and making us feel like criminals over a $1 bag that was scanned not stolen at all, felt completely uncomfortable and in-humanised by this individual wish we got a name but honestly didn’t want to stay in there any further.

Great store with a great range of products, including fresh vegetables. The freezer section was short of numerous products during my visit but this may have been rectified with the next truck. Checkout staff were very polite

Bought $134.00 worth of groceries (barely a backpack's worth of items), went to the self serve checkout and the system took my money but didn't complete the transaction on the checkout end - stood around for 40 minutes whilst the poor staff tried to sort it out. Billion dollar company and they have to hold a loyal customer hostage until they can confirm the transaction went through on their end. Staff did nothing wrong - it's the store/company policy that is the issue. Zero trust for a loyal customer. They could have let me go home with my items right away and it wouldn't have mattered! Even if the transaction didn't go through; that's like 0.0000001% of Woolworths annual profits. My back hurts from standing around all that time. Staff apologised and I accept their apology. Woolworths as a company can bite me.
