Horrible online delivery service. They’ll leave well over half your order out, not answer their phones and do nothing to help. In the meantime due to their incompetents I’m now out of pocket $200+ for several days, essentially holding my money hostage due to their system and now I can’t make or complete any dish I wanted to make, nor can I just go back up and purchase them myself cause I’m too broke now.

What a mess they are making of the renovations, its been dragging since last year every time you go there the item you are afteris in a different place, so the it take double the time it should. Even the staff don't know where stuff is. Thornleigh has always felt substandard to store compared to the Cherrybrook and Baulkham Hills stores. Staff do their best but maybe they aren't entirely in the loop on the redesign. Only plus is more self checkouts have been installed instead of the measly 4 that were there before.

Really nice place, I come here all the time to get basic groceries with my dad and the staff are always kind and helpful and the store is very clean

I placed an order that was packed by this woolies costing me $179 and they gave me someone else’s order. not a single item that i ordered has arrived to me and they make it impossible to get in contact with an actual human. I really liked them up until this point. Really frustrating and no help whatsoever.

This is a great store can just about always find what I need at a good price.
Regular specials and fantastic range of products.
Store is kept well stocked and up to date and clean .
Parking is good options of roof top or underground parking.

Shocking experience, store currently undergoing renovations & products are impossible to find, even when listed as ‘in stock’ online. Staff not really assistive. Spent 1/2 hour searching & left store empty handed

Our always goto place for groceries. Restocking days are my favourites. Rooftop parking or nearby street parking makes it super easy to access. Many deals always. Enjoy!
