Lazy and rude check out operator (POS 007, at approximately 5:18pm on 5/12/24). Middle aged man on checkout didn't bother to say hi and even though I gave him my reusable bag he didn't proceed to pack my scanned groceries - even when I was busy paying he just stood there...I ended up having to pack my groceries myself and it held up the long line. What's the point if worker's aren't doing their job? Customer service is disgusting here

Zero score for express lane check-out female around 5.30pm 23.8.2024.
My pensioner husband went into Woolies around 5.30pm last night to buy a couple of newspapers
He went to the express checkout where he was behind by a younger person with an obviously overloaded trolley. The female check-out person said to my husband how many items do you have & he had only 2 newspapers but the younger person in front of him was not questioned about their express check-out limit.
After putting them through with my husband already having waited in the line, this women immediately closed the check-out!
How confrontingly, extremely rude & quite uneccessary.
You know who you are!
As overnight visitors to this town, it made very negative statement.

The staff are wonderful, the shop is clean thank you!
But the TOILETS are locked most of the time, WHY
Please open the toilets - it’s not like this Woollies is in a complex - there are no other toilets outside - PLEASE OPEN THE TOILETS !!!!

It's functional, busy usually, the outside needs a clean as it smells strange and looks abit dirty.
Items to buy are well stocked most of the time and the check out lines move at a decent speed.

Always good specials, and plenty of parking. Good vegetables and fruit. Very good gluten free food as well. Great deli , good fresh fish counter, love all the Christmas stuff as well.
