Staff are pleasant. Floors are always clear of spills and rubbish. Always have fresh, free fruit available through the door to keep my grandson occupied whilst I'm collecting my groceries. Good choice of meat products and reasonably priced. Checkout was very organised and a quick process.

I always do my shopping on the weekends because I know the weekend staff. They are always helpful, nice, kind and always up for a chat. These people make my shopping a little easier because of how helpful they are. The two good-looking asian blokes that work in the front are always very polite (name tags Luis and Ray), and I think one of them are the managers, along with the asian checkout chick (name tag Julie) with blonde dyed hair is always super nice. The night staff in the aisles are always helpful in locating products for me and also nice. Layout of the store is easy and usually I can find products easily; with the store being majority clean. Weekend stff is nice hence I only prefer to shop the weekends. Even though the store has limited products which can be frustrating sometimes, I would recommend as it is not a busy store and you can get in and out no problems.

Fairly large Woolies. Located inside the Fairfield City Centre (formerly known as Neeta city souvenir). Parking available at the mall. Parking charges apply after the limit. Located on the ground floor near Commonwealth Bank branch and the Post Office. Courteous staff. Plenty of self check counters.

I’ve always love Woolworths. Saturday morning 27/07/2024 at around 10 am I went to this store to get my zymil milk for refund due to bad taste, one of the female staff whose name Julie told me that this woolies store policy cannot refund milk and only except if retuned within 20 minutes, she ask her manager and told me her manager said nothing we can do about it, horrible customer service rude and she use provocative language.
Not coming back to this store anymore.

The store itself is average, nothing special, you can get all the basics no problem. Some times things on special are not available or on shelves.Small deli section, used to be bigger, downsized now. Small sections at the back for near use by date items, which are reduced price. Self serve counters are quick to use, though some times card only are the main ones open, with cash counters mostly closed(one or two open). Staff is 50/50. Some team members are highly professional, helpful and friendly. Others are rude, completely unaware of themselves (many times staff are talking very loudly amongst themselves, being very noisy , using profanity. Even though it is not a rocket scientist position, they should still maintain an air of professionalism, save the loud banter for lunch breaks) all over score 5.5 out of 10

Woolworths at Fairfield is always clean and tidy every time I shop there. Not much gluten free products though. The staff are very helpful with good customer service which is good to see, an improvement 👍
