Needed help finding an item, was told by a staff member to ask Rami at the front who’s been busy talking to a non-uniformed person for 20+ minutes (I noticed as I walked around looking for assistance during the time), and when I approached him without me saying anything he asks if I’m an Uber Driver. He then proceeds to say what I’m looking for is not in stock even when I hadn’t even showed him the item that shows it is In Stock on the website for this store, and him and he’s girlfriend.proceed to repeat “not in stock” as I walked away: after I finished typing this review out, I went back to the front and I see they are still talking to each other about various songs

Healthy stock, difficult to find team members to help. Came in 9.40pm Sunday so could be as they are closing store staff are less.
Kristijan was super super helpful & lovely, patient. His customer service & knowledge is 100%, will return to this branch as he cut my shopping time by half. Thank you!!!

don’t bother ordering on uber eats. they take over an hour to actually give your order to the driver, an absolute waste of time especially when i’ve only ordered three items and paid extra for priority delivery, this is unacceptable.

The aisle are getting smaller and smaller and several trolleys need urgent repair. TWICE now, have I had a bad run in with an elderly male worker with glasses, who was rude and bossy. Thankfully I don't shop here very often.
