Staff are always wearing casual clothes which looks unprofessional. They have had overfilled drink fridges on multiple occasions, which means the pricing is hard to follow due to the product not matching the label. Refused to acknowledge the price and their filling mistake.

A great place for you shopping needs. Always clean and tidy and well stocked. Parking is usually available out the back in their car park, however during busy times and holidays it can be difficult to find a park. Lots of friendly staff around to help.

Just like any other Woolworths you've been to. As usual, there is very friendly customer service, and everything is clean and hygienic. One thing I love about Woolworths is that all of them have the same layout, so it is always easy to navigate around the store and find everything you need quickly. There is a huge variety of products, having every product and brand you might ever need in your household. No different to any other branch in Australia.

I was disappointed during my recent visit to Woolworths Ballina. The restroom facilities were not up to standard – the door wouldn't lock, and both toilet paper and soap were missing, with only a note in place. For a store of your size, I believe you can and should provide better amenities to ensure customer comfort. It’s essential to show care for customers needing to use these facilities.

the roast chicken was amazing, it was juicy and tender but the bread rolls were not fresh, they were frozen and thawed and it was evident in the taste. the cockies are delicious l, they are soft and not crunchy like other Woolworths.
