Ricardo assisted me in getting my library card. He was patient in showing me how to use it, explained the rules and regulations, introduced me to certain categories, sections and what goes on in some racks and each floor. He made it so simple and clear to understand.

The library itself is organized, meticulous, clean and fun to go to. It is comfortable, self checkouts are easy to do and lots of activities for the kids to enjoy as well. Going to this library always makes me happy.

Ah, Wollongong Library—the place where my love for books began, thanks to my great grandparents dragging me along as a kid. Little did I know, those trips were the best part of my childhood!

It’s great to see they’ve kept the library alive and kicking, despite technology’s best efforts to turn everything into a touchscreen.

I mean, where else can you wander through a sea of books, accidentally whisper too loudly, and still get the classic 'shhh' from the librarian? Nostalgia at its finest! I love this place, and it’s great to see the library still bringing joy and knowledge to the masses (and keeping the Wi-Fi strong for ‘research’ purposes).
