Wollondilly Community Leisure Centre is known less formally as Picton Pool. It’s a cute and quiet aquatic centre with all the standard attractions for kids and families in the indoor section, leaving the outdoor pool for a mere handful of us to enjoy.

No lap swimmers were taking advantage of the lanes reserved for them, but at least the recreation lanes had their ropes removed for us to splash around in. Lawn and trees, free BBQs and picnic tables, it has all the things you want from a council pool, including ample parking. Adult entry is only $6.60. We’ll come again when passing through.

The staff were lovely but when my daughter & her friend went on a Friday morning school holidays, they only had the option for the toddler play pool area or one lane. They also had aqua aerobics on so at times they either had a little quare of the pool to swim play around in & even less when basically the aqua aerobics was using the whole lane so all they could do is stand around. The chips were not hot, dry & not value for money & the cost to get in the pool was too expensive when there was nothing to hardly. We will not come back again or recommend this lesuir centre. The only good thing was a couple of the lifeguards were friendly.

If I could give this place a negative stars I would. Don’t bother wasting your time, money or effort coming here.

It’s disappointing seeing others have similar issues and I wish I read reviews prior to signing up as this will save so many issues.

The staff are clueless and the managers are rude. They also can never take accountability for their wrong doings and shift blame onto you even though there is evidence to back up they’re wrong.

The centre will continually charge you the membership fees, then various late fees even when there is money in the account and suspension fees for their “free” summer suspension period and not provide any evidence either. Then when they “credit” the account they can’t even do that correctly and it’ll show as you oweing more money.

It is beyond a joke. Absolutely poor customer service and management to handle issues. This could have been resolved weeks ago if handled appropriately but now the issue is still not resolved and im left with having to fork out more money and stress of it all is starting to affect my health

Some recent improvements make it a nicer place to visit. Decent prices, good range of snacks and drinks. Very friendly staff and well patrolled.

I have been coming here via fitness passport even though I live in Sydney. It was nice to see the new facilities roll in after the switch from Blue Fit to Belgravia. I love the gym as there is a mix of people and generally not too busy. The classes are great too. Great trainers. Rachel (who has sadly left and will be missed) Charlene who runs great classes! and Eddie - who has definitely brought a new energy to the gym since starting up here. Hope this centre continues to serve the great community.

Similar to Z K review, I have a daughter under 6 that can swim perfectly on her own and even whilst I was in the pool with her I was advised by the life guard I had to be within arms reach of her (she can easily stand in this pool). 10 minutes later she was in the 30cm deep baby pool while I was at the pools edge and again the lifeguard told me I had to be within arms reach. Then during her lesson she is left to play in the water at the edge of the pool and the teacher is 10-15metres away (which I have no issue with) but very much double standard. I am all for watching your children but this can be done quite easily from the pools edge . I have been coming here for years and never had this issue before 👎 silly new rule

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Rude life guards, unnecessary charges for SO many things, huge notice periods for cancellations and expectations for you to physically come in the sign a notice period so they get the extra money if you can’t go in straight away. Not to mention CHARGING spectators to go and WATCH their children at their swimming carnival, joke!

I have no words for the management of this pool and their other pool managed by them.
My child had an accident at one of these pools resulting in ambulances being called. The lack of concern from management at the time who I was told were at a Christmas party and zero communication since has me so upset. It is not that difficult to ring and check in , I just have no words for them.
Even the running of Picton pool is nothing like it was with the people who had the contract previously. I will say the staff at the pool where the accident happened were amazing for never having dealt with something like this before and were thrown in the deep end trying to deal with this.
On another note trying to cancel swimming lessons with them is such a task, let alone the over charging and trying to get the refund only to get utter rudeness.countless emails and phone calls to get something sorted out.
I hope when the new contract comes up Wollondilly Shire Council rethink who gets it. I know we will never be back to either pool while it is managed by the current company, they don't even deserve the one star.
