Just wanted to say thank you to Lachlan and Windsor Toyota. A Landcruiser has always been a dream of mine and when the time came, I wanted a dealer who was not going try to deviate around what I knew I wanted. Lachlan was friendly and the communication was great, but most importantly he treated me like someone who knew they wanted a landcruiser, nothing was ever forced or pushed as I had been to other dealers where their sales tactics are border line harassment, the process was smooth, enjoyable and I spent my time waiting with excitement, not waiting for it all to be over.

The industry needs more genuine people like Lachlan who care about what the customer wants and delivers on their customers expectations.

I can't rate the team at Windsor Toyota highly enough. Normally with these reviews, I see people praising the Sales team who no doubt do a stellar job but I feel the Aftersales Department is often overlooked and the Aftersales team at Windsor Toyota deserve considerable praise. Massive thank you to Anthony Smith, Anthony Lee, Kevin and Louise for continuing to offer support to myself as a Toyota customer and also to Lachlan in Sales for his stellar service as we were looking at a 250 Prado. Had a great experience buying my RAV4 at Windsor Toyota. I had dropped by to see cars in the past and have always been greeted promptly by Yash. I went back when I was closer to making a decision and he took the time to find out my circumstances before recommending the best fit for me. He is knowledgeable and passionate about cars (and not at all pushy like the stereotypical used car salesman 😂). When I picked my car up, Yash made the experience enjoyable and taught me all the technical features with a lot of patience. It’s been a week now and I am so happy with my choice and thankful for Yash’s gentle guidance. He even called me today to check how it was all going. We will definitely be back to buy my husband’s next car when he is ready to upgrade.

Yash, the man that we spoke to about test driving a Prado was absolutely useless. We test drove one however we wanted to test drive the newer model and he said “it’s the same, I’ll just start it for you”. Had no idea what he was talking about when asked questions. My partner was ready to buy a car cash today and Yash didn’t care at all. Worst customer service I’ve seen.
