We have been members for many years.

There is a nice 25 metre pool and separate children's pools, a big spa, sauna, well equipped gym, indoor courts, cafe, and outside netball courts next door. There are great swim schools at the pool, which have taught our kids from when they were learning to swim.

There is also a creche, as well as the Blend Cafe inside, where you can grab a coffee or something to eat whilst you wait.

It will be a shame when the pool is closed for renovations at the end of November 2022. However, we are looking forward to the new, modern, expanded facility that will be built in its place.

This is a wonderful place to both have a relaxing swim or a fast swim squad training. They have a beginner’s swimming program for kids who are just starting to learn how to swim, but also a swim squad (Willoughby Swim Club) for those who are competing in a higher level standard. Cafeteria’s coffee was really nice, originally from Toby Estate.
They have a play area and diving blocks, a 25m pool are also included. Outside, there’s a netball field while inside there’s a multipurpose field both may be used for Badminton, Basketball and more.

Great place for recreational activities. Fantastic parking, great accommodation, even clean bathrooms! (touchwood) However, all services require payment so be wary of that.

There is a lady who works here who is so incredibly rude and it is disgusting to see how she acts towards others. She yells and talks down at the younger basketball kids for practically anything - including but not limited to: harmlessly bouncing the ball in the corridor while they were not allowed into the court area (which usually isn’t the case even when a class is running, so this was odd we weren’t allowed in. And surprise surprised, it was the first time i’ve ever seen this woman), and for them “standing too close” to her while she was moving the hoops up to a higher settings. Mind you, the kids were nowhere near here, not distracting her or bothering her from doing the task - simply watching her adjust it from a fair distance away. That’s when she said “GO AWAY - MOVE!” and I think she also told them to get lost. After that she proceeded to roll her eyes and scoff. It is DISGUSTING seeing someone employed here with absolutely zero customer service skills and not to mention, ZERO respect for the customers. I witnessed someone ask her (very politely) if she potentially had a ball pump so he could pump up the game ball. Again, she rudely takes the ball from him, not saying anything, rolls her eyes and scoffs. An absolute joke of an employee and I truly wish to not run into her again. Very very poor etiquette coming from the only staff member on shift. An absolute joke that this person is still employed here. I wish I knew her name because I would absolutely be naming and shaming! It’s clear to see she doesn’t enjoy being here, so I’m not sure what good it’s doing for anyone keeping her around!
