Today I went to purchase a puzzle for my grandfather. I was at the puzzle bookcase looking and a shop worker was rearranging them on the shelf. I stood back and let her organise in the hope that she would notice me standing right behind her waiting patiently for her to finish what she was doing. I was with my partner too. We waited and waited. Almost 5 minutes. She did eventually acknowledge us but never having eye contact, talking facing the shelf. Trying to explain what was there. We could not see though as she was still sorting out the products on the shelf. My partner made the comment that she was just moving the same stuff around. We kindly asked her if we could look but she ignored it and kept going. Rudely said I did not know you were trying to look but she was explaining to us the products. So how did she not know we were not trying to look. The lady that took our money at the counter was kind. The other worker in a green apron was very rude and knew no customer service at all. I will not shop here again.

Who What Why is a wonderful spot, to discover some fantastic toys, for that special baby in your life, right through to primary aged kids.
It really is a delightful shop visually, there are many rooms/sections, offering a wide selection of toys & educational aides too.
I enjoy popping in occasionally, just to find something special for an upcoming Birthday or Christmas present 🎁🎁

After experiencing continuously bad customer service in the past, I was pleasantly surprised to go in and find that they now have new ladies in the store. They are friendly, helpful and make the shopping experience much more enjoyable. Definitely worth checking out as they have any toy that you can think of!

Fantastic customer service, I was looking for a certain product that was out of stock everywhere including Who What Why however Claire later called me to mention they had found one and to see whether I wanted it. I really appreciated her going above and beyond to remember I had called and thinking of me as I really wanted the item for Christmas. Claire arranged express delivery and kindly followed up with me to ensure I had received the item after some issues with the courier. Thanks again Claire, you made one little boy's Christmas! 🙂

A good shop with interesting stock but extremely over priced. If you can you will find the same item somewhere else for cheaper. I was charged over $100 more for the bicycle at this store in comparison to other stores who stock the exact same item. A price check befor purchasing would be very wise.
