Such an amazing early learning centre! My daughter absolutely loves it here. The educators are amazing. It’s lovely to see at drop off and pick up the connection they build with the children. Their activities and learning materials are so extensive and they update you through the day on what your child is learning and why. The communication from the educators to parents is great as well. After a bad experience at our previous centre, I wouldn’t trust anyone but whiz kidz Northmead with my child.

Our 10-month-old started in the Picasso room (0-2 years) recently and we love the team already! Staff are absolutely lovely - they're so good with the babies, provide regular updates throughout the day, and are very open to communication and feedback. Staff love the babies like their own, and it's apparent in how our baby has transitioned seamlessly into daycare and warmed up to them so quickly!

We have complete trust in the team - and it's allowed me to return to work with peace of mind that my baby is happy and safe. Thank you team, we are so grateful!

Whiz Kidz Northmead is a wonderful and supportive childcare and early learning centre! The care and education for the kids by the teachers are exceptional and always go above and beyond. We really couldn't ask for a better childcare. It's clear that the educators genuinely care (we've arrived early on a few occasions and seen how they interact and smile with the kids even when they didn't know we were there). Our little one (12mths) settled into a full-time routine quickly and is always happy to go. She's learning so much there. I cannot speak highly enough of Whiz Kidz Early Learning Centre & Preschool Northmead! From the moment my son stepped through their doors, they've shown an exceptional level of care and dedication that has truly surpassed our expectations.

My son was born with some medical complications, which naturally made my husband and I apprehensive about finding a suitable childcare environment. However, the team at Whiz Kidz Northmead didn't just rise to the occasion; they exceeded it! The director and educators have gone above and beyond to ensure that his unique needs are both met and embraced with warmth and understanding.

One of the most reassuring aspects has been the educators' thoroughness in managing his medical requirements. They've taken the time to understand his condition, receive training on how to care for his NG tube, and coordinate with his physiotherapist to integrate his therapy seamlessly into his daily routine at Whiz Kidz Northmead.

What truly sets Whiz Kidz Northmead apart is the educators' unwavering commitment to inclusivity. Despite my son's food restrictions due to his medical needs, his educators make sure that my son feels included in all activities. I was particularly touched when they provided him with his favorite treat, a Baby Mum Mum, so he could still participate in a birthday celebration alongside his peers who were enjoying ice blocks (something he is unable to have currently). Seeing the joy on his little face in the photos was priceless, and it only cemented that we made the right decision to send him here.

The educators also actively fosters our son's development through engaging and thoughtful activities that expand his learning horizons, even from such a young age. From sensory play to interactive games, they ensure every moment is a chance for growth and discovery.

His educators are also amazingly diligent in their commitment to keeping parents involved and informed. We receive daily updates through the app, complete with messages and photos of our son, offering us a wonderful glimpse into our little one's adventures and achievements that we would otherwise miss out on.

Above all, the genuine happiness my son shows when he's at Whiz Kidz Northmead speaks volumes. It's evident that he feels safe, valued, and genuinely cared for in their nurturing environment. As parents, my husband and I couldn't ask for more.

Sending your little one off to daycare definitely tugs at the heartstrings, leaving you with a mix of emotions - from missing them dearly to worrying about whether they're getting the love and attention they deserve. Whiz Kidz Northmead has not only provided exceptional care for my son but has also offered us peace of mind knowing that he's in the best possible hands. We are forever grateful for his educators' dedication, compassion, and the positive impact they've had on our family. Whiz Kidz Northmead has truly become like a second home for our sweet little boy, and my husband and I are beyond appreciative of all the educators who work so tirelessly to ensure every child is cared for.

My daughter has been attending WhizKidz Northmead since 2023. As soon as we were welcomed by Ms Mel and her amazing team on a tour we knew it was the one. The energy, fun and commitment this team shows towards activities and programs and most of all the kids that attend is a testament to the leadership of WhizKidz.
