Always able to find a computer when I need one. Customer service is great and always helpful if I have an issue with the computer or printer. Nice and quiet place. Love the booth style seating to do work instead of hard chairs

Such convenient library right next to school and shopping centre but small and don’t have water taps. Fairfield council needs to put money to this library and make it big at least two story library, instead of putting money towards childcare and other places, the childcare right next to the library have been getting soo much brand new furniture from the council but why can’t library have it too.

I love going to public libraries. I like the stillness, peace and alone time. But with small public libraries located near shopping malls, you have to look for your "spot" away from the children's section to be able to enjoy your alone time. They do a lot of singing and by the time you leave, you would probably be singing in your head as you walk. I have included photos here of the space available opposite the kids activity area at Wetherill Park.

I used to come here regularly and the staff were always so welcoming. But on our most recent visits, my children were told they were too noisy after being present for less than 5 minutes. On another occasion another patron was giving death stares to my children simply for being present. I am trying to instil a love for reading and support their learning but no longer feel welcome and comfortable in this library. Perhaps some scheduled "quiet time" and "kids time" can be advertised to keep all parties happy? The library is a shared space and all should be made to feel welcome.

Library staff, have the courtesy and the guts to tell people keep the noise to a minimum and please talk elsewhere without having to hear your loud conversations, seriously. People come here to Read and Study in peace. To the reviewers who had a bad experience with the library, go up to the staff and tell them off about the issue.
