We attempted to park on the street outside this business for a quick stop with our work trailer on,
a very cranky and condescending staff member came out tell us not to park there, she said you can’t park trailers there and implied she would call to get us fined.
The way she spoke to my wife was unacceptable and unnecessary.
So we parked 20min away and walked in to where we needed to be.
We have since spoken with Ballina shire Parking Rangers department and YES, we can park in 2 or more spaces with a trailer as long as we take up the minimum amount of room possible and not stick out on the road.
I think the receptionist needs to have a chill pill. This behavior does not reflect well on her bosses business.
