Extremely disappointed with the lack of consistency in the marking process. Answers that were deemed correct the previous year, marked as incorrect the following year. When complaining about the process, they brush aside their mistakes made with no credit or ability to rectify results. Looks very much like an opportunity to make money by failing their students and making people re-sit. We are a small to medium size business with the same result on almost every employee. As a company we will be steering clear of this organisation in any future training.
