We recently used Warrimoo Kitchens for our kitchen renovation. It was our first time renovating and Nathan, Ashleigh and the team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They gave us design inspiration and helped right from the planning process to the finished product. The team paid close attention to detail and made sure we were happy with each element. They are a one-stop-shop and organise the other trades that you need when renovating (plumbers, flooring, electrical etc) which takes out a lot of the stress. I would recommend anyone wanting to renovate to work with Warrimoo Kitchens.

We have used Warrimoo Kitchens to install kitchens and desks in some of the NSW Corrective Facilities. Being an area that requires a high amount of security, quality and professionalism Nathan and his team delivered all of those.

Their work is outstanding and the attention to detail is amazing. For one of the install they offered us insight on how to make the area utilize the space correctly and how to fit as many cupboards and draws in as possible.

They are always punctual with their arrival times and give accurate estimates on how long a job will take. No job is too small or big for them.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that is looking for new kitchen / office space refit.

A big thank you to the team from warrimoo kitchen. We needed a kitchen in a hurry as we were stuffed around by another company. They we very quick and reliable, getting the job done when they said they would. I have written this review 12 months later because I believe time is the greatest test when it comes to quality and we have not had a single problem.

We are in love with our dream kitchen. It could not be more perfect.
Nathan really listened to our needs and heart's desires. He devised a plan so that we could visualise what our kitchen would look like. The quote provided was competitive. We took some time to accept the quote and as a business of integrity, they honoured our expired deal.

Ashleigh kindly opened the showroom out of hours just for us. She took the time to help us choose everything and even researched online so that we got exactly the look that we were after. Her patience was unsurpassable. Furthermore, her communications were beyond outstanding. Always friendly and helpful.

When the day arrived, I was flabbergasted as to how quickly our kitchen was installed. Nathan and his team were the most efficient team I have ever witnessed. It was out with the old.and in with the new on the very same day. Nathan runs a tight ship. Each day, we would return home from work to see more progress, which was rewarding. Little notes were left and they kindly waited for me to change my mind and realise that their way was best. The team were so clean too. We are thrilled with our kitchen. Such a lovely investment that has certainly added value to our home. The quality and design could not be anymore perfect. I finally have the kitchen that I've wanted since I was a little girl.

We have nothing but glowing reports to offer to the team at Warrimoo. A business like this deserves to excel and be recognised. We appreciated all that you achieved. Don't look any further. Without hesitation, I urge you to choose Warrimoo Kitchens.

My experience of using this particular company was totally and utterly unsatisfactory.
From the get go they made numerous mistakes and couldn't even get my name right on their quote...red flag I know...NOW.
The plans they came up with were wrong, I had to amend them.
They got the handles I chose wrong. (somehow they took offence to my bringing this up)
The finishes chosen on shelving was wrong. (they denied that this type of finish on shelving existed despite my providing them with photos)
The actual shelving was wrong.
Bench top...yep wrong also.
Their measurements of a kick-board were wrong.
There were other issues... but I am losing the will to live in writing this...
The extractor fan they installed was left with plastic coating on it.
It ended up being unusable due to the fact that they had somehow dropped a screw into it.
They drilled holes in a wall for said extractor fan that did not need to be drilled.
Said holes in walls, left my kitchen and adjacent room covered in ASBESTOS dust and debris. No effort was made on their part to prevent this from happening in the first instance or to clean up afterwards. How do I know it was ASBESTOS?
I paid for independent testing.
At no point did they claim any sort of responsibility and in fact they tried to deny my claim until I provided them with irrefutable evidence.
When they were confronted with my understandable frustration, they went into defence mode and denied any wrong doing and became aggressive...in writing... spelling and grammatical mistakes included.
Weirdly attempting to blame me for their shortcomings. They complained that I didn't respond to a phone call... well sorry, but I did, despite being in hospital undergoing tests.
I now very much regret not reporting these people to the Dept of Fair Trading and the Dust and Diseases Board for starters.
If my circumstances at the time, were different I would have done so.
Please be aware that any negative reviews on their website are promptly removed. When I posted a negative review I was immediately phoned by the owner of the company and was basically attacked for doing so.
I fail to believe that a group of people from the one company could all be so careless and lacking in professionalism and skill by accident.
AVOID THIS KITCHEN COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, they appear to care only about the money they make and not for their client's satisfaction and safety.
Post Script: I allowed these people to get away with far too much and in retrospect should have insisted they remove and replace everything they got wrong, alas their bullying and aggression put paid to that. They were promptly paid in full at every stage... again to my regret.
