As a new patient and someone nervous of having bloods taken I had an excellent experience with the nurse. She was very gentle and quick taking bloods and the same giving vaccinations. Will have no hesitation going back when required.

Avoid this place at all costs. The nurse is not capable in relation to blood tests and very dismissive of patient concerns . We have seen a few Doctors here and they offer vague and impersonal care.

One of my children went in for a blood test and the nurse perforated the back of her vein causing significant bruising and injury . When we returned the receptionist rolled her eyes when I told her what had happened . The nurse then came out and blamed my child based on incorrect information. When I told the nurse the correct story , she found another way to blame my child as patient . No apology .
We ended up at Hornsby hospital and they confirmed that the nurse was clearly not capable.

Poor service , long wait times , and staff that seem unqualified - the Dr even used Google as she didn’t know the answer to our questions .

Not a safe place to take anyone for medical help.

Don't go there unless absolutely necessary.

The receptionist wasn't respectful. I took my son there because he had caught a cold. I was forced to wait in a room, which turned out to be a storage room with moulded chair to sit on (which they called isolation room!)

I really don't care about neatness, but the dirtiness there is overwhelming.

They also have an absurd $50 first-time visit fee policy.

I had the best experience from a medical practice here!! The team at the reception, Karen and the Nurse Lim were exceptional! The doctor took the time. I am glad got my Covid jab here! Thank you, Waitara Family Medical Practice for the wonderful service.

Dr. Deepak Raja is very knowledgeable and professional, been my GP for a long time. Also Nurse is very good, helpful.

Best practice in NSW. I do not trust most GP’s as far as I could throw them. Simply put, Deepak Raja is the best GP I have ever met. The man is attentive, kind and actually takes the time to figure out what’s wrong. Most doctors will give you antibiotics and then want you out so they can “treat” the next patient. My wife met him and immediately made him her GP as-well. I would give 6 stars if I could. Can’t recommend highly enough.

These guys have a "new patient fee" of $50 for medicare card holders and $90 for private insurance holders. What rubbish! They look extremely greedy exploiting patients!

We were bulk billed "00036 - CONSULTATION AT CONSULTING ROOMS - LEVEL 'C'" for a consultation which took maximum 10 minutes for my child, when usually my regular GPs charge LEVEL B consultation for a thorough consultation. The GP we consulted did not enter any of our comments into the records, rather simply took notes on some notepad and advised to return in 3 months. Very unorganised facility and will never return.
