Arnt these organisations supposed to be for the people? To help people!?
I needed to pay most cash and a little on card. As couldnt afford it all in one transaction.
Asked if they would just take the $20 cash for all off it, total amount was $23. There machine wasn't working at this point.
Apparently they cant do that. (Accept less then asking amount) mind you they get it all for free and have mostly volunteers running the shop.
Walked out with nothing.
Most of there stuff is way over priced like there kids toys and kids clothes.
I have donated sooooo much stuff to this place from multiple people that were decluttering and I will literally never donate and never spend another cent in this store ever again.

Ridiculously over priced. A pair or old and sun damaged converse for 20 dollars. It is unreasonable, it is second hand if I wanted to spend 20 dollars I would go to kmart and buy 2 new pairs.

Extremely overpriced. Worker left their dog outside in the heat with no water and was barking at all the customers. Worst op shop ever!

Staff are rude, shop dose not stay open to hours shown on the door and google. Was kicked out of the shop on a Saturday 30+ minutes before close. Items are extremely overpriced for an op shop, donations are closed my guess would be as they can't sell anything at their ridiculous high prices.

Rarely go in to this store and for good reason. A harry potter thousand piece puzzle for $60. Worth 15 online new. Please start looking at sold prices on eBay not just wing it or looking listing prices.

Store is clean and organised though. That is the second star in the rating.

What a RIP OFF. I have now decided to never step foot in a Vinnies again. I'm also disappointed that I have donated lots of clothing/goods, never again. I cannot believe that they can charge such hideous prices. It's beyond a joke now! There was a dress there that I paid way less for brand new, not on sale! $100 for a second hand pair of non designer shoes! Most clothing I picked up was $40 -$60 , for used clothes and not designer brands !! It's insane! They should be ashamed!😤😡😠It is plain disgusting money grabbing at its finest!

Looks nice but the prices are way too high for an op shop. $10 for a ratty old barbie you could get new for $5 at Kmart!
