Fabulous volunteers who always keep the store well stocked, tidy and clean. The volunteers are also incredibly lovely, helpful and a pleasure to deal with at all levels of customer service 😀

I have been visiting Vinnies in Moss Vale since I was a young girl and can say with honesty that I have not once been treated nicely or with respect when entering the store. Each and every time that I have either donated or purchased items in the store (which has been many times over the years), I have been treated incredibly poorly. The staff are very rude and abrupt/ not helpful in the slightest.

I must say that I have never taken much notice in the rudeness or bothered to take any offence in the poor behavior until today. I arrived to the store at 2:45pm this afternoon when I was stopped at the enterance by a man who did not address me or say hello to me before he put his palm up in my face to stop me from entering the store any further. He stated that they close at 3pm sharp and before I could state that I was just going to run in and out, he shunned me out and closed the door abruptly infront of me.

Vinnies is a fantastic cause and for many years I have been so happy to donate and shop in store, however it saddens me to say that I can no longer tolerate such rudness. I will no longer donate or purchase in this store and I will now choose to donate elsewhere. The staff here in Moss Vale have truly lost sight in what is supposed to be such a great cause and ruined it with their appauling attitudes.

DIsappointeed to see 2 customers without masks in the op shop the other day, one in close conversation with the counter staff, this despite notices up requiring masks as a condition of entry. Generally these volunteers have their hearts in the right place but they need some education from managenenr about the COVID regulations.
