May as well go shop at a new clothing store. They’re selling Kmart clothes for $10 and up and don’t check if things are broken or missing. Never had a good experience where I didn’t feel ripped off. Yes it’s charity but they treat it like a retail outlet. I’ve seen them multiple times turn down homeless people asking for free clothes they’re throwing away. The service is okay but the way they organise and price and talk to people is the opposite of what I thought they stand for. Do better vinnies

The stock is what is to be expected from this style of op shop however for a charitable organisation who targets the less financially fortunate I think their prices are way too expensive and unreachable for those who need their services.In my personal opinion only, they seem to be trying to make money rather than striving to be charitable to those who happened to be unfortunate and doing it tough-I hope that I am wrong.

Arrive right on 12pm to a locked door but about 5 people in the store browsing with their arms full of things. A woman who works there scowls and mouths that they are closed despite their advertised Saturday closing hours of 3pm. Would be great to update the business hours online so this doesn't happen to someone else. I wasn't the only one who was disappointed.

By far the rudest St vinnies ever!!! I don't understand why his older women have to be disgusting with their speech towards you. Asking questions is like getting your head bitten off!! They need to let know of these volunteers. So unwelcoming

Went to donate clothes at Ballina store and was greeted with a rude lady. Who suggested that the clothes I was donating were not clean, they had to be washed.
Infact they were washed and cleaned. So then she decided she wanted them.
Too late, I went to another charity who appreciates it.
