I was connected to Sarlie because I struggled with employment and most importantly, my confidence to ever gain employment due to my lack of experience and disabilities. I've been pushed into volunteer and cleaning jobs (even though I physically shouldn't be) by job couches just to ride me off to meet their requirements for 10 years now. I had no hope left but I worked with Sarlie for a few months. She made me feel in control of my life by doing things at my own pace, to not feel pushed into anything I didn't want to do, which I really needed. We worked on my resume, mock interviews, and worked towards job I actually wanted and able to do. She helped me so much I now have a job I always wanted and continues to support me to make sure the employment is still right for me.
