My experience with Upskilled. Russell James is very supportive! My experience with Upskilled throughout my Diploma of Information Technology (Advanced Networking) was very positive.
The teachers were very helpful when I had questions and needed some extra explanation or assistance.

Additionally, the course materials were well structured and enabled me to advance my knowledge in a flexible way that I could integrate into my schedule.

Overall, my Diploma was a good experience, and I have gained significant, valuable knowledge to apply in my future career.

I recently completed the IT Project Management Diploma with Upskilled, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the course was comprehensive, engaging, and incredibly beneficial for my career.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Certificate 4 in Information Technology course with Upskilled. Matthew Roderick is an excellent coordinator and is kind and understanding and will assist all new students with their studies. The course is well designed and covers all facets of the Information Technology curriculum. The course is flexible and I was granted an extension when my cooking position required me to work overtime and long hours. I am grateful to all the Upskilled staff that approved an extension, so I could finish my studies. I can highly recommend this course for anyone wishing to make a career in Information Technology.

I recently completed my Diploma of Counselling with Upskilled which was a huge accomplishment for me after a few personal hiccups along the way. I couldn't have graduated without the incredible help and consistent support from my awesome Upskilled teacher, Ronnie. Ronnie is the most caring and supportive mentor I have ever had throughout any studies I have completed previously. Ronnie was always very encouraging and was always there to motivate and hold me accountable when I felt like I was falling behind in submitting assignments or when I struggled with the motivation to complete my online studies. He also made me feel comfortable enough to ask even the silliest of questions without a fear of being judged and was there for me throughout the entire time. I truly could not of finished my studies without the help and support of Ronnie and I truly thank him for everything he did for me throughout the duration of my course!

I completed my Diploma in IT with Upskilled. I was very happy with my experience. This was done entirely online.
I had access to all the online materials required through their portal which was very easy to navigate and find.

Each course within my diploma was broken into into smaller modules, covering learning material and then an assessment over the materials provided.

I was really worried that I would struggle completing a diploma if I started one but they had so many areas for support including online courses and access to email the tutors directly through out it

I want to give special thanks to my tutors especially Russell James for all their help and guidance through the course.

Upskilled provided me with a great way to finish a Cert in IT at my own pace. The staff were always friendly, the support was there when I would need it, and the course content itself was both great for those who are beginners or those who are experienced and would like to fast track a certification at a pace not allowed elsewhere. They also provided me with a Certificate at the end of my study that is the same as which I would have obtained from another institution like Tafe.

In the last 5 years I have completed a Certificate 4 in IT: Networking and Diploma of IT: Networking and am now studying a Graduate Certificate in IT and Strategic Management through Upskilled. I thoroughly enjoy studying with them as it is all completed online and the content is very relevant to industry. The content whilst vendor derived was easy to follow, very informative, engaging and in-depth.

The trainers have been very approachable and helpful when I needed them. They usually respond to messages and mark assignments within 24 hours. The trainers were very understanding of my work commitments and were more than happy to accommodate me where required by extending and/or moving deadlines

The admin staff were great. They were more than happy to answer any queries I had, including the variety of different payment options and were even willing to adjust them to suit me if required. The pricing is very competitive as Upskilled do not have the associated costs with maintaining the facilities you would find at a University, College or TAFE due to the course delivery being purely online, which is great for me as due to my work I am inclined to study online for the flexibility it offers.

My only gripe is that of now (21/07/2017) they do not offer a Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters in IT and more specifically the Networking stream. Fingers crossed this changes in the future!

I have recommended the Diploma of IT: Networking to several of my work colleagues and they are in the process of enrolling. I only recommended it as I was extremely happy with my own experience and I believe they will enjoy it too.
