One of the best and reasonable price course Institute centre for White Card, Forklift,Traffic Control and other licences. Adam is a good teacher for white card though Sometimes he smoke in the class in front of all which ia not a sign of professionalism. They will help to answer the questions by telling all the questions first. Overall, good rating and good price for courses as well. Like this place.

Horrible experience – avoid Upskill in Sydney at all costs!

I had two courses booked with Upskill in Sydney, but my experience with this school was nothing short of a nightmare. For the first course, an unforeseen circumstance occurred the morning of the course, and I reached out to the school to explain the situation and request a cancellation. The response I received was appalling.
The receptionist was incredibly rude and, to my shock, hung up on me twice. After that, she stopped answering my calls altogether, leaving me helpless and frustrated. I made sure to be polite throughout our interactions, but their complete lack of respect was unbearable.

For the second course, scheduled for the next day, I still had enough time to request a cancellation. However, after the way I was treated, it no longer made any sense for me to attend a course at a school that shows no respect for its customers or the human element. When I finally managed to speak with someone again, they made the cancellation process as difficult as possible, clearly trying to hold onto my money at any cost.

The lack of compassion, professionalism, and basic human decency from this school is beyond unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and dignity, I strongly urge you to stay far away from Upskill in Sydney.

I wish they had locations a bit close to the city. Their courses are informative but I feel like it could have been shorter in length. The instructor we had was decent and cracked a few jokes every now and again but the content could have been made a bit more exciting maybe.

The place is relatively accessible by public transport (if you are on the line for Arncliffe- it is close to the train station), and there is plenty of parking along the street if you drive.

They have a shared bathroom on site but make sure you bring food and water for the day!

Our trainer, Mahmoud, was highly interactive, and the delivery was fantastic, making the sessions engaging and enjoyable.
