On Monday I asked when JP will be here and the staff said Friday all day. I wanna make it clear so i asked again “ till 18/30?” Cuz thats the time askuow closed. The staff was like” yea all day” Then on Friday I came here at 16:30(after work), then he said jp left at 16:00. 😅😅😅 thats how you define all day? I have been waiting for a week for this?

It is a place I consider far slower then it needs to be. When I was at the uni I dreaded going there because of the low queue times and staff not being helpful. It took ages for them to enter my up to date name and was overall not very helpful.

IT a good place, especially when your 54 years old and just learned how to love electronics, there a lot of help here. I use to drag my kid away from it, lets go swimming, and lets go running. Little did I know the whole world fit right in your palm on a smart phone.

Very bad experience as being an international student and paying almost double fees as compared to domestic student. I feel that people sitting on the phone are so unprofessional and unhelpful. They just don't want to do there job.
