The team is incredibly supportive, and management is always open to hearing feedback and implementing changes that benefit both staff and children.

The environment is warm and nurturing, not just for the kids but for the employees as well. We receive ongoing training, which helps me grow and ensures we’re providing the best care possible. The children are a joy to work with, and it’s amazing to watch them grow and develop every day.

I also appreciate the strong emphasis on work-life balance. The schedule is flexible, and there’s a real effort to ensure no one feels overwhelmed. This childcare center truly values its staff, and it shows in the positive, collaborative atmosphere we have here.

Childcare for your child is one of the toughest decisions to make for any parent. Of course, no parent would want someone else to look after one's child but we have to due to current circumstances. I've been to plenty of childcare around me, however, found that the Two Peas in the Pod is the best one for me. It's clean, well maintained and definitely does not smell. My daughter started here on January this year and it was definitely a blast. I could see a lot of changes from her, she is now becoming independent, expressive, could verbalise anything she wants and definitely knows what she wants, from a timid toddler to an outgoing toddler. This wouldn't be possible without the support of the wonderful educators and their activities. 🙂

I want to say a huge thanks to the educators at two peas in a pod for the impact they have had on my daughter's development.

Historically a Velcro baby, who would never leave my side at home and especially in public around other people, She is really growing to be much more independent and strong and I believe a huge part of that is the work the educators have done with her when she is there.

She is much more open to others holding her/playing with her and even just talking to her in social settings and I'm so grateful.

She is also bringing home some exceptionally cute singing and dancing routines that she absolutely loves to do, on repeat.

Two peas In A Pod has been amazing for my son who has transferred from another centre. He has progressed so much in such a sort time, all the staff are so welcoming and loving. The teachers build the best bond with the kids. My daughter can't wait to start once she is old enough.

When my son started in 2022, he was petrified of daycare. Morning drop-offs were an extended crying session and he came home upset everyday. The educators took him under their wing and he has come to love daycare. He started to talk shortly after starting daycare and since then, he tells us stories of what he did with the educators each day and has really developed his ability to interact with other young kids. He now looks forward each morning to spending the day with the educators and his friends, learning and growing. Thank you all so much for looking after our little man and having such a positive environment for him to spend some of his time during the week.

Definitely experiencing nice work under the new management.
