We have had our daughter with the Tutor Doctor now for the past 12 months and have just renewed for the next 12 months. We have seen our child go from lacking confidence in her ability to do maths, hating maths and falling behind - to a very confident, "loves maths" top of the class student. Best of all, she doesn't ask me anymore how to do problem solving with her.....her tutor has taken that role. 🙂

I can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism and engagement of Tutor Doctor.

We engaged Tutor Doctor in the hope of finding a tutor that could assist my son reach his goal of performing at an extended level in math, as well as improve his confidence and grades in English.

The questioning during the consultation was clearly designed to understand my son, his needs and his learning style.

Veronica, the tutor he has been matched with could not have been more perfectly aligned. His excitement to partake in their weekly sessions is abundantly clear. He is now looking forward to his half yearly math exam with confidence.

The communication from Tutor Doctor is exemplary. After every session I receive a report outlining the subject matter covered during the tutoring session, my sons grasp of the concepts discussed and also the details of our remaining hours available under our package.

I went through the Penrith branch. Alison Hope was very helpful from the get go! My main concern for my son was finding a face to face tutor with nearly everything being online these days. Tutor Doctor is a blessing. During the consultation, we met with Leah who was very welcoming from the get go and was very willing to work around my schedule to meet with us. After taking some notes, answering questions they were able to match him with his tutor Lara. Lara is an amazing young lady. My son has only done a few sessions and although I can see that his confidence is much higher, it is too early to review on any improvement on the academic side of things but I have no doubt in time it will happen because not only has Lara spent the time to get to know my son and learn he’s strengths and weaknesses she has the patience for him, which is really important to my son, he has complete trust in her. Thank you tutor doctor and a big thank you to Lara. I will also add that even though I am more for face to face lessons, during the covid-19 pandemic, switching to online lessons has not had any effect on his lessons and was quite simple to use. To him it still feels like they are face to face because he can see her.

Looking for a tutor is hard enough, but finding a good one is even harder. Tutor Doctor exceeded my expectation. Their commitment to their client to provide the best service possible is exceptional. The team I have encountered at Tudor doctor have been amazing. I have witnessed great success with the work they have done, and it gives great satisfaction to see and hear such an improvement.
