Have done certain 111 individual care .. I found the teachers and staff were fantastic , I haven’t studied for years , and teachers made this process easier , clear with presentation , always being available to help… will be doing future study with this company , wonderful receptionist Alan who is also so helpful , and office staff Katrina always helping in any queries , thanks Ross also and the many other wonderful staff at transformation……

Most terrible experience.
At the start it looked great and I was thinking it's free but then things slowly went down hill.
In the class itself the trainers talk about themselves more than actually teaching you and when it's your only day off from a support role.
When it comes to medication training you have to drive to Newcastle from Tuncurry as work places don't let then in.
It took 6 months to do med training to getting the certificate and then my current employer sent me to med training because it was done wrong.
Stay away from as I also found out up in Forster areas the colleges and campuses actually do it for free and better training

After 35yrs in the mechanical trade I was thinking of a career change. When Covid 19 arrived I was laid off. It was my calling card for change and the Transformational Institute helped me gain my Cert 3 Individual Support in Disability. The team are professional and gave great advice on gaining employment and not long after I started the course I was employed. It’s been nearly 6 months in the job now and I have never looked back . I love my new role and look forward to going to work every time.
I highly recommend anybody to the Institute for training you will not be disappointed with their professionalism and one on one support.

While studying my cert 3 in aged care & individual support I have not only learned more then I would of at Tafe, but I have met so many amazing people in the industry and have gained so much experience. The company itself is great and the workers are amazing & very understanding & accommodating to your schedule. So greatful everyday I get to learn & grow with this company. Definitely recommend 🙂

The owner of this business Ross is such a disrespectful person, someone who conducts himself in the manner that he does is totally unacceptable. To swear at women and try and intimidate others is just unacceptable especially considering from an owner who runs a training institute. He really needs to think about his behaviour and act like a decent human being. Based on his behaviour I would not recommend engaging his services as he is far from professional.

The staff at TI play a major role in the success of the business and my pleasure in studying with them. They are all friendly,easy going and eager to help me succeed with my course. TI being a family run business reflects on the students, making them feel like part of a larger family unit.
Living in a time of so much technology, social interaction is to easily lost and therefore critical in today's society. AtTI they teach an old school approach to learning ( classroom discussion ), which as students we are all thriving from.
I leave at the end of each day feeling content in knowing I'm learning new skills and my spirits are uplifted from the social interaction. Happy Days.
