Highly recommend! Mat is patient, helpful and makes you feel really comfortable. The classes go so fast and you really enjoy the workout while learning a Muay Thai, it’s pretty easy to stay over time. The fellow members are awesome too, anyone wanting to learn a new sport or get in shape this is definitely for you!
