We had an extremely disappointing experience at Thrive Ermington over an 8-month period. Our child, just 1.5 years old, encountered six incidents—three of which happened within the last three weeks—that seriously risked their safety. Attached photos show scratches dangerously close to their eye (in the same area twice), and scars that still has not completely healed. Another severe incident was a bite mark on our baby arm which was not even noticed by educators nor reported to us (photo shows the bite after 6 hours)

Educators are very careless and put babies’ safety as the last priority, the same as other aspects like education, hygiene, and food quality. When we voiced our concerns, they suggested we cannot ensure your baby safety so take your baby elsewhere, as we did.

We love being a part of Thrive Ermington family. The staff is professional, dedicated and highly supportive. Communication is always transparent - I am informed about my child’s learning journey, her progress, social events and more. The Management shows their commitment to create supportive and inclusive environment. They answer all questions raised and as a parent you can always count on their help.
But what’s most important, is the smile on my daughter’s face when talks about her lovely educators and friends. Thank you, Thrive Ermington for making us to feel as a part of the family!

My son has been attending Thrive Ermington since the centre open in 2020. Thrive Ermington boasts a wonderful sense of community and a lively, cheerful atmosphere. The center hosts fantastic events for families, providing a great opportunity to connect with other local families. The educators and management are warm and personable. Our son often talks about his educators, sharing what he has learned from them each day. The chef’s cooking is exceptional, with the enticing aroma of food filling the air each morning. Centre director is always approachable and readily available for any conversations or concerns we may have.

Staff are friendly and my child was able to settle well in short time. My child also learnt to become independent - eating self, trying to wear shoes, etc. My child also like Jimmy's food very much - even remembers it at home. Thanks for taking good care of my child!

Amazing and lovely staffs. The indoor and outdoor area are spacious and clean enough considering how kids will make a mess. My child seems to be happy when in childcare. I also like how you have in house fresh cooked food for the kids.

My girls have recently moved to Thrive in Ermington and are loving it. The teachers are kind, caring and engage the children in a variety of activities. My children's confidence, speech and language skill have improved significantly in the 3 months they have been attending. Miss Mariella has been very supportive of my family and I, I would highly recommend this centre for anyone who is looking for a new centre that is, new, clean, fun, engaging, creative, inclusive and exceeds expectations.
