Did not deal with my family professionally, from being kept in the waiting room for half of our appointment time while the practitioners chatted with the receptionist at the front desk about her night out, to having the practitioner keep our child in The room during the parents appointment and listen to all of our concerns (we were specifically told our child would not be present for this).

Then 5 weeks after the assessment and the practitioner changing his mind on what the outcome was and generally being scattered (and us paying upfront) we still didn't have any report. The receptionist doesn't reply to emails or call people back and when we finally got hold of somebody else to try to get out childs report they sent one that had other people details on it, and comments that we had never said.

Not professional, trying too hard to be 'fun' and totally missing the mark with peoples children. $2000 wasted and have to start all over again to get a professional assessment.
