Visited Woodhouse 2 weeks ago for a friend’s wedding. We had a great time , from the bar staff Kim and Young who were great help and very respectful on the day of the wedding, to the tidy accomodation that we lived in. It was great. The views of the property are undoubtedly amazing!

Would surely recommend if you wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle, spend quality time with your loved ones and enjoy a spacious venue with the perfect vibe!

My only suggestion would be is that the common bathroom area could be made more luxurious and could do with a touch up.

We got married at the Woodhouse in November & it was the venue of our dreams. When my husband & I first went venue hunting the Woodhouse was the first place we stopped at & fell in love immediately, & despite visiting other venues they just did not compare.

Come our wedding day and things could not have been any better, on top of the beautiful weather it made for such a stunning location and everything came together so perfectly. Our reception and ceremony was a dream but the dancefloor was an even bigger hit which our guests all loved.

We also cannot forget that a huge part of our day was being able to have our dog join us throughout the entire wedding process, we are so happy and glad that she was able to be there on the day so thank you for that 🙂

Casey you were such a huge support and such a kind person. You went absolutely above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and we can't thank you enough. We will forever be grateful for everything you did for us (Even fixing the Boutonniere situation!)

& Guy you made sure that every single one of our guests was well accommodated to and were always there to make sure myself, my husband and our bridal party were well stocked up on the cocktails! You are such a lovely person and it was noticed by many of our guests. Thank you to you both, you are such wonderful people.

Such a stunning venue, secluded location, friendly and caring staff all perfect for your dream wedding we absolutely recommend.

Thank you again was the best day of our life 🙂

There are many reasons why The Woodhouse is the perfect wedding venue, but one of the main ones is Casey. She was the event manager who held our hand every step of the way, and was a dream co-ordinator on the day of the wedding. My grandmother was unable to attend due to health reasons, and she set up a video call with her so she could watch the ceremony. She brought us drinks before we even realised we needed them — and we definitely did! To top it off, she even helped me with my hair extensions when they started falling out! Chris and the others were also lovely to deal with, from the first inspection to the final clean up before we left. The venue itself was gorgeous, and we have the most beautiful photography from the grounds. Definitely consider this venue for your wedding, it is a wonderful place to get married.

The Woodhouse Wollombi was our absolute dream wedding venue! The breathtaking grounds, the stunning bridal suite, and the incredible staff made it the perfect choice for our big day. Casey was a true star throughout the entire planning process—her support and organization made setting up the day before and coordinating everything on the wedding day completely stress-free. From our very first visit to the venue to packing up the day after, we felt genuinely cared for. Every detail was flawless, thanks to the amazing team at The Woodhouse. The Woodhouse Wollombi is one epic wedding venue with probably the most iconic building structures in the Hunter Valley. There is no mistaking it in photos. But the The Woodhouse Wollombi is more than just an awesome building, it is a 100 acres of beautiful land that is perfect for a wedding ceremony and for wedding photos. In fact the photo locations are endless and there are so many different locations and looks you can get in your photo.
There is accommodation onsite and there is also plenty of local accommodation around Wollombi for your guests. Wonderful Hunter Valley wedding venue that I highly recommend.

I had my wedding here in October and it was absoluetly stunning. All the staff were amazing and the venue is just incredible. There are so many ceremony spots and great wet weather options too! I can't recommend this venue enough!!!

The Woodhouse Wollombi is one of the most instantly recognisable venues in the Hunter. And I LOVE that I get to photograph this venue frequently. Each time I have been to the Woodhouse the Fennel & Co team run the catering and logistics of the day seamlessly. It is a venue with countless photo opportunities. An insane wet weather ceremony spot off the side of the main building. Onsite accommodation, as well as many options nearby as well. I cannot wait to be back again soon!
