Had a wonderful visit. The volunteers are amazing with their knowledge and very helpful and willing to impart their knowledge look forward to going back and also checking out the lookout not in the rain.

Visited on Sunday 28/Jul/2024. Very well presented and beautifully maintained museum and heritage centre that provides extensive history of life in the Nattai and Burragorang Valley region. There's a series of traditional corrugated iron and wooden buildings filled with interesting memorabilia about the locals who fought in WWI, agricultural practices, rural firefighters, schools, churches and life on the land. There is a substantial amount of detail about the coal mining industry with great displays and detail about the harsh conditions the men were subjected to in this grueling line of work. All-in-all it's a tremendous facility and a credit to all the people who work hard to maintain it. Thanks very much Wollondilly Heritage Centre people!

Met Ben, (volunteer) at the Heritage centre, and he was so humble?. Literally walked us around and told us the history of the town just how our Nan would do!!! Absolutely lovely experience, please stop by guys . ❤️
