Went on a vet busy Sunday afternoon as a party of 20. Food came out reasonably quick considering and while the Winsto Burger was very good, the fries not so much. Drink prices were a little expensive, with a schooner each of Canadian Club & a Stone & Wood costing over $28.

Excellent pub and bistro for a day out. The food is decent quality for the price and is quite large portions. The physical space is really good - it has many locations that are setup and designed well. There is a massive amount of free car park space. There is both indoor and outdoor seating.

If you want to see how to “boganise” a quality Hotel just visit this one! Overpriced food, cheap decor and no authenticity at all. It was a perfectly great pub for 20 years and someone let the next Gen at it and destroyed it!

Came on a Friday night and the place was busy. The kids meals arrived quickly but our adult meals took about 40mins. Nice atmosphere and various places to sit. The beef cheeks were the winner tonight. Pasta was a bit over cooked but my daughter enjoyed it. Family friendly and will definitely come back.

Updated review. The place has gone through a renovation and to me the atmosphere has gone. Weird tiled tabke with strangely shape bar tables. Not the most inviting of colours. Walking in, i would've walked straight out of it were not for having dinner there. A glass broke in my daughter's hand whilst have , what I would call an expensive mocktail. No, help from the staff, no effort to clean her or the table. Drink was replaced, but I had to call on the staff to clean the table. Food overall was good as ever, but can they please stop putting on the salad dressing as I could not have the side salad as it once again tasted off. Overall, it's a good venue, it's just now not on my preferred venue with the changes made.

Taffy's Sports bar at the Winston is a great venue. They have an Open Mic every Wednesday. The food is yum. The atmosphere is welcoming. The service is on point.
