Absolutely recommend wedding lessons from Nic and Kaitlin. They made our first dance an absolute show! We loved every bit of it but most importantly the whole process of going to lessons and having fun along the way. It was really amazing to be able to come to a dance class for a few months leading up to the wedding because it made us really enjoy the lead up to it and felt like the wedding wasn’t just a single weekend, but all the prep and excitement was on for months! Our guests were impressed with our first dance and we had a ball! and as a cherry on top - we got dance skills for life!? we will definitely continue to attend social dancing with Nic and Kaitlin in the future just for fun date nights! Wow, where do we start.. when we first came to the studio we had absolutely no idea how we wanted our wedding dance to look and we didn’t even know what song we wanted.

In our intro class, our teacher asked for some songs that we liked and straight away came up with amazing options for us.

Over the next 8 classes we were went from absolute no idea to a finely tuned wedding that we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. On the wedding day, because we felt so confident through all our classes and training at home, we were able to actually enjoy the moment and have lots of fun which we know it is easier said than done after speaking to a lot of our friends that have gotten married and worried about their dance.

The ladies are absolutely professionals and we couldn’t recommend enough if you want to take your wedding dance to next level (even if you or your partner suck at dancing).

As a side note our dance was not traditional, and it was a mix between, foxy, bachata and disco moves plus some random ideas to make it more fun for us and our teacher absolutely nailed it beyond what we expected it was possible.

Nicola is an amazing teacher - she had to work around my husband who was a beginner and myself who was 5 months pregnant at the time of our lessons and she did so with ease.

So glad we decided to go ahead with classes here before our wedding. The team helped us create a dance that was the perfect balance between being impressive and magical but not so hard I was worried about it beforehand. Our first dance was one of my favourite moments of our wedding, we were prepared so I was relaxed and enjoyed the moment just the two of us (even with 100 people watching!). We had sessions with different trainers which added new perspectives and training styles which I found really useful as different tips resonated more than others on various elements of the dance. Even my husband started to love the classes and we now have dance moves to bring out at other events! Hope to come to some of the other dance classes being offered at the studio in the future. Our dance lessons with Nic and Caitlin were the best part of getting ready for our wedding- just so much fun together. Nic had a perfect balance of listening to what we wanted and bringing in her expertise to come up with a plan for us to learn to dance. The best thing is that she didnt choreograph a whole dance but rather taught us to be able to dance! This meant we not only had the best time dancing our first dance but could dance all night like pros (ok well maybe not pro ?). The whole experience from start to end was an absolute delight and joy. Thanks for being a kind, joyful, patient teacher who clearly has the skills for teaching. Very well priced for the care she offers each student and couple too!
