Very pleasantly seated by Chris who made sure to find our group the best spot. Live music, great atmosphere, and delicious food, made for a wonderful Sunday late lunch. This is becoming a family favourite for dinner and lazy afternoon late lunch. Thank you team for always preparing good food, drinks and milkshakes for the kids.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Caleb (apologies if I’m spelling his name incorrectly). He was very patient while taking my order and welcoming. Thanks for being apart of my Vineyard Hotel experience. We saw you working hard throughout the night clearing tables as well. What a great worker! Keep up the good work. We celebrated our Daughter’s 21st at The Vineyard this week. It has been a very long time that we have experienced such excellent Customer Service from all levels of Staff at any restaurant. All 20 meals were also fantastic, together with the entrees and drinks. Thank you again xx

Had the best time at The Vineyard Box! The vibe is inviting, clean and well laid out. The staff are all so friendly and helpfull, a special shout out to the manager Val, great customer service in solving issues when our meal came late, she's sorting it out within minutes. Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a laid-back, fun day out. We’ll be back for sure. Thanks Val and the team!

We attended for my sons birthday and as always the food and service was great. Have to make a special call out for Bogdan (may have spelling incorrect) , he is fantastic. Amazing customer service and quick witted to add, what a combo. Well done
