Saddened by the disrespectful actions and lack of empathy from this organisations founder/operator. Using photos of a deceased person to promote business and refusing to respect the wishes of family to completely remove the photos from social media. Then mocking and belittling family and anyone who spoke out against him. Not a lone incident. Many community members are afraid to speak honestly about mistreatment out of fear of being publicly humiliated and banned from receiving the assistance they require to feed their families. Doing a good deed to boost ones ego does not make one a good person.

Do not fall for Dave Davies lies he is a sick old man who steals money off the vulnerable. Feeds our pensioners and low income earners rotten and out of date food.

When the call went out for bedding, washing machines, fridges, fans, food and water, during the recent bushfires in the Macleay area, The Saving Place went into action and found what the local evacuation centre needed. They kept providing free food and water to those who were evaluated, lost homes and the brave fire fighters. A charity organisation that puts community first.
Giving free food to the local schools for Kids Club breakfast through their NoKidHungry program. They provide weekly food hampers to give people a helping hand up when needed. Through their variety store, which has homewares, gifts and foid at very low prices, which provides the money needed to provide the rent for shop, free food, drinks and help to those in need.
Staff, manager and ceo volunteer their time to try help the community through The Saving Place outreach. Giving all to this not-for-profit organisation and charity.
