Thank you Jacqueline, Julia and Holly for hosting our group last week! The team truely go above and beyond, not only to make sure we were well looked after (even preparing hot chocolate for us as we arrived!) but it’s also incredible to see the wealth of knowledge and care the team have for the welfare of their horses. Parklands is a place where I feel safe both physically and in terms of being myself. The coaches and grooms have always been very welcoming and eager to help, and I've never felt judged or criticised for making a mistake or needing to ask questions. The opportunity to catch, groom, tack up, do groundwork, etc means that I have developed a bond with the horses (who are all absolutely adorable) that I have not had the joy of experiencing in other riding schools. I would really recommend Parklands Stables not just for people wanting to ride but anyone looking for a place where they can form a deep bond with horses who are safe, happy and healthy.

Never have I enjoyed having riding lessons as much as I do at Parklands. The environment is perfectly set up for safe, fun, friendly lessons with Natalie who is a very experienced, excellent instructor. Everyone I have encountered at the stables have been really great and helpful with regard to my confidence levels and bringing on my riding ability.
Parklands are committed to giving the best experience to their clients not only with their riding lessons but for all aspects of stable/horse life.

Hands down- the best community to be part of, learning anything horse related. From the ground up, this team of amazing people and horses are there to support you in your journey. I’ve never felt embarrassed or judged. Even the other riders and people learning, support and encourage you. I’m always enthusiastic about being there and leave feeling like super woman. I honestly cannot recommend this team of hard working people and horses highly enough. I am so proud to be part of their community and cannot thank them enough for the lessons and friendships I’ve gained, and continue too.

First of all I would like to say the coach, Natalie is absolutely second to none and one of the loveliest and most supportive instructors and people I have ever met! Sadly I cannot say the same for the owner. She charges $135 per lesson and you have to pay a month in advance with minimum one lesson a week totalling minimum $540 a month and when I had a severe mental health crisis and fell behind she threatened me multiple times. She threatened to have her husband call me on the phone and used the words ‘he won’t be so nice’ and on another occasion she threatened me by saying ‘I’ll make it very difficult for you to elder riding lessons anywhere in nsw’. All of this happened despite the fact that I was repaying my fees and the fees I was behind in paying was the one months notice the owner demanded I pay out in order to quit lessons even though I told her I was struggling financially and couldn’t afford it. Throughout the entire time I was open and honest and maintained communication about what was happening and was repaying the debt. It’s sad to see that they cla to be a supportive community and yet did not hesitate to bully and threaten one of their own members who was already in a valnerable state. Again Natalie the coach is absolutely the best and their horses are wonderful but the owner really let’s this business down
