Highly do not recommend this early learning centre. My non verbal autistic child was left outside in the rain unsupervised and unaccounted for. When I arrived at the centre a staff member in his room with a DISGUSTING attitude laughed in my face and told me my son had been picked up already by his father, this was not true. After 5 minutes of frantically searching for my child BY MYSELF I found him outside by himself drenched from head to toe and freezing to touch. The centre claimed he was only outside for 2 minutes and that they had no idea how this had happened. After investigation from the department of education camera footage was checked and he had been outside for 12 minutes, as well as several standard procedures being broken. This incident has caused my son a great amount of distress and now transitioning into another school is a challenge as his trust was broken at such a young age. They don’t even deserve the 1 star rating however I had no choice because this review needed to be posted.

This preschool doesn’t deserve 1 star
Front or back yard raining or not they left my non verbal autistic grandson outside in the rain for over 14min unaccounted for, (the amount of things that could of happened in that time is ridiculous) and the preschool told us he was out there 2mim and that was a lie because the education department said other wise. Damage control! his mother arrived and they told her he had been picked up and laughed in her face. I don’t recommend anyone sending there kids here. His was there for 3 months and they couldn’t even work out a support system for him or any other kids there with a disability. Disgusting

I having nothing but praise for the staff and educators at The Little Village. They are welcoming, friendly and warm and always display professionalism in everything they do.
My children found starting day-care difficult and we had a few tears at the start but the staff were always so caring and nurturing, that by the time I went to pick them up, they didn't want to leave!
The communication is fantastic, we get regular updates on what our kids are learning about or milestones they have achieved. The kids are always so excited to come home and tell me what they learned during the day.
Also the facilities are excellent, the rooms are well set out with active and rest areas and the outdoor play area is amazing.
I can only say, thank you so much for taking such great care of my babies!!

This place doesn’t even deserve one star , one day when we had a really bad storm my sister in-law went to go pick up my non verbal autistic nephew from here and when she got there they laughed in her face saying that he got pick up by his dad who was at home and she went looking for about five minutes to find him outside in the rain and when she got him they went to her and say you need to put him in warm clothes, and the preschool said he was only out there for two mins but when the educators department came they look at the cameras he was outside for 14 mins with no one knew where he was and he is meant to have someone with him at all times , he was only in the for three months they don’t even have a support system for disability kids disgusting, if you care for your kids with a disability or without don’t send them here

TLV has a real family feel. Our son has been attending since they opened in December 2016, and we've always felt comfortable leaving him each day knowing he is in great hands. TLV is a modern, clean and well kept facility, with a great outdoor play area which my son loves. They also provide the kids with lots of fun opportunities outside the usual 'daycare' program such as a soccer, Happy Feet, Music Therapy, as well as visits to other places within the community. Thanks to Dena and the team for creating a great place for our little ones to come to each day!

My son has been attending The little village for over 2 years now and I cannot fault the centre or any of the staff. We have had nothing but good experiences with the teachers and our son adores all of the teachers he has had the pleasure of spending time with. Dena is also so lovely and always promptly responded to me if I needed to contact her. Would highly recommend to anyone considering sending their children here!

Love to share my experience with TLV. I am glad I’ve enrolled my child here. The place is really nice (newly renovated outdoor) and rooms were really welcoming. Educators were really passionate and caring- thank you Zia Ash, Zia Char and Zia Lucy for doing a great job.My daughter loved going to school because of them. Zia Deb, Zia Dena and Zia Keri-Anne for such an amazing support. TLV did an extra mile even in the last day with them before our big move. I highly recommended if you are looking for such environment for you child.
