All of the staff are great, but we have been attending sessions with Jill for 2 terms now and she has become one of the safest people to my son who is pda. I have rarely seen him experience such a rich and safe connection, to the extent where he can clean up upon her suggestion without feeling triggered and stressed on the way home. I've been able to leave the room to go to the bathroom with his permission (big milestone!) In fact the other day he walked out uncontrollably giggling from how happy and regulated he felt. He can often 'appear' regulated through an expert level of masking, but his sessions with Jill are one of the few times in the week where I can see he is -genuinely- his most confident and happiest self.

Sarah the owner and creator of the Holistic Centre is by far a very gifted human, she provides a whole level of fun to her therapeutic art, music and dance sessions. In my experience with a 5 year old who suffers very high anxiety possible ADHD and Autism, what once was a very hard task to go to OT and therapy on a weekly basis leaving distraught and feeling worse. We can’t wait to see Sarah! And we leave with smiles and our hearts filled with content. Her teaching Method has allowed my son to be focused and engaged and just learn to be more fun!! Ask the questions he wants and takes it all in with a sense of adventure.

Strongly recommend her fantastic services to any child and or family needing support

Sarah is a very patient, kind teacher! She has made remarkable progress with my high anxiety ASD daughter. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing support educationally for their children. We’ve gone from complete refusal to reading in 1 term!
