Just came back from attending a workshop on the lymphatic system from the lovely Rachael, which was so informative! I had a vague idea about the lymphatic system but had no idea of the intricacies involved. Rachael explained everything in such an easy-to-understand manner and gave practical examples as well as a visual presentation. Anyone that wants to maintain good overall health and fitness, as well as people that have lymphatic issues I would definitely advise to attend one of these sessions. Thank you also to Jacqui for bringing this to the Cowra Strength Collab in conjunction with Rachael .

I attended Nourish you Beauty’s Lymphatic workshop on Wednesday in Cowra . It was informative and extremely interesting. Rachael explained everything in an easy to understand way, and the demonstrations didn’t require you to buy anything you didn’t already have at home . Her passion in this area really shone through. I would recommend this workshop to everyone. Thank you Rachael.
