Honestly this was one of the best first aid courses I have ever done and it's like a breath of fresh air. The material that you are given is clear and easy to understand and the trainers are engaging and experienced in their fields. I had Sally as an instructor and completed the Occupational First Aid skill set and coming from an emergency services background even I learnt heaps from my time with them. This isn't just a tick and flick course, you will leave their feeling confident in your ability. If you are a company looking for regular renewals or sending employees with no previous experience this is the course for them.

I must say I wasn’t looking forward to renewing my first aid certificate but the presenter Sal changed all that . She was enthusiastic and made you think about situations and best scenarios using her background nursing . The day whizzed by and it was honestly the best first aid course I have attended in years .
