Amazing ,knowledgeable facilitators running this course, tuning into your teen. Emotion coaching should be taught to all parents. If only I had this knowledge when my son and I were younger on the journey. In 6 weeks of practicing this the changes are instant and my 12 year old is so much happier, more communicative and no yelling or nagging. 10 out of 10.

I've delt with 2 different people here who have a really triggering way of speaking to people.

When triggers came up for me they were aloof to how I was feeling.
When experiencing homelessness these conversations felt like massive set backs.
Like they were more triggered than me when it came to my situation.. where as every homeless shelter I've ever been too has made feel empowered and they aren't government funded (Fred's place♥️)

They've also told me they can definitely help with things they can't & haven't helped with (they had to close my account.)

Please be more considerate,, I'm happy I'm strong enough to deal with this myself.
But sometimes people NEED your service, that's what you're there for. I suggest realigning your intentions with a knowing that everything will work out... Be apart of the process with your customers.
